Two types of analysis
are done in this lab:

Qualitative
analysis:
The types of chemical
species present in any solution or sample
are detected by this analysis. The species
are detected by physical properties such as
retention time, retention volume,
absorbance, transmittance showing the
reading of peak.

Quantitative
analysis: What amount of chemical
species are present in any sample are
detected by quantitative analysis.
