"Technology Partnership for Innovative
treatment of drinking and industrial water
(INNOWA)" |
|
Objectives:
The overall objective of
the project is to contribute significantly to reduction of
waterborne diseases and illnesses in the Asian target
countries particularly among poor families. This means to
contribute to better health conditions by improved drinking water
quality and reduced toxic industrial waste water discharge into the
rivers.
-
Collective research &
development and build-up of local centers of expertise
-
Training to develop
and apply new, innovative water treatment technologies
-
Follow-up in order to
ensure sustainability
