Research Areas:

1. Design and synthesis of functionalized carbon materials with well defined architecture.

2. Development of new-type phosphors materials.

Achievements:

1. Ist class 1st position in B.Sc.Exam.(Chem. Engg-1997, CEPS,SUST)


2. Supervising students to conduct various undergraduateprojects (SUST).


3. Working in collaboration with reputed foreign and local researchers as an active member of a research group( SUST, Japan and Italy).

4. Member, Japan Ceramic Society (2004-2005), Japan.

Award:

1. Vice Chancellor’s Medal (Silver Medal) in recognition of the highest talent and greatest achievement among all graduates of the school of Applied Science & Technology in the bachelor level examination 1997.


2. Chancellor’s Medal (Gold Medal) in recognition of the highest talent and greatest achievement among all graduates of the school of all faculties in SUST in the bachelor level examination 1997
