Pohela Boishakh

One of the most important festivals at SUST is the celebration of the Bengali New year. Every year SUST has been celebrating this festival with more vigor and enthusiasm than the previous year. The day starts with a colorful rally and then cultural programs take over. This year SUST arranged folk songs, drama and concerts as well. The campus is filled with the stalls for the Baishakhi Mela. The Campus becomes festive with vivid splashes of red and white all around. Even little girls and boys are dressed in beautiful red & white sarees and fotuas.
