    Career Counselling and Entrepreneurship for Civil and Environmental Engineers, Venue: Room#112, C-Building, Department of CEE, SUST

    CEE-SUST Alumni Society is going to arrange a 2-day event named “Career Counselling and Entrepreneurship for the Civil and Environmental Engineers” during 21-22 October 2022 at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), SUST. A total of 14 alumni who are working on various aspects of Civil and Environmental Engineering in Government-, Private-, and NGO- sector, have sent their consent to conduct the event. The prime purpose of this event is (but not limited to):
    • To motivate the outgoing CEE students focusing the wide scopes of the job area
    • To share or exchange views of the CEE-SUST Alumni with the Faculty members of CEE Department which will aid in developing the outcome based education
    • To find the opportunity to engage in research
    • To explore the wing of entrepreneurship in the environmental and construction industry
    • To open the views above the scope of CEE-related jobs (focusing on Admin Cadre job)
    • To introduce an interaction between the students and job providers
    • To open the window for field visit/internship

    Prof. Dr. Md. Misbah Uddin, Honorable Head, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, SUST will be the Program Chair where Prof. Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Honorable Dean, Scool of Appiled Sciences and Technology, SUST will be the Chief Guest of this event. The General Secretary of the CEE-SUST Alumni Society, Prof. Dr. Md. Imran Kabir is the Convener and Dr. Shriful Islam, Research and Education Secretary of the alumni society is the Co-Convener.
