Biography
Dr. Mohammed Omar Faruque received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 2025 from the Department of Chemical Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He previously completed his M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 2020 from the same institution. He holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh.
Dr. Faruque has authored and co-authored over 17 peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in ISI and Scopus. His research interests include wastewater treatment using microalgae, CO₂ bio-mitigation, and biofuel production.
