Short Biography

Having fifteen years teaching experience and two and half years of industry experience, Sudipta Roy is working at present as a Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, Assam University (A central university). Also working as Dean, Triguna Sen School of Technology (the Engineering faculty), Assam University. He has published more than sixty journal papers and more than fifty conference proceedings. He has successfully supervised fourteen PhD scholars, ten Master degree students. Five patent inventions are published by IPO (Indian Patent Office) and WIPO. He is the Life member of CSI, Fellow of IETE, Senior Member of IEEE, Member of Institute of Engineers (India), Professional member of ACM, Member of INNS, Life member of ISTE.
