Biography

Md. Shadman Sakib joined Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) in the dept. of Food Engineering and Tea Technology as Asst. Instrument Engineer in May 2023. In his current role, he is engaged in scientific equipment management, procurement planning, and digital administrative systems. He is a registered member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

He previously worked as a CAMO Engineer at US-Bangla Airlines, where he contributed to aircraft maintenance planning and technical service management across a diverse fleet; dealing with avionics, propellers, power plant, aircraft systems and structure. Prior to that, he served as an Asst. Engineer (Electrical) at Max Kushiara Power Company Limited, gaining hands-on experience in combined-cycle power plant operation and maintenance, motor drives, engines, turbines, generators, HVAC, power systems, instrumentation, and control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC).
