Department Activities (July–December 2025)

1. 20 October 2025: On the occasion of World and National Statistics Day, the Department of Statistics organized a rally and seminar.

2. 19 September 2025: The Department of Statistics, SUST, officially started its academic journey in the MSc in Data Science (Professional) program.

3. 14 September 2025: An orientation program was held for the first batch of the MSc in Data Science (Professional) program.

4. 14–21 August 2025: A 7-day workshop on “Introduction to Python Programming” was organized by the SUST Data Science Club at the Department of Statistics, SUST.
