    Biography:

    Dr. Luthful Alahi Kawsar is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Statistics at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet where he has been a faculty member since 2004. Kawsar completed his Ph.D. at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He received B.Sc. in 1998 and M.Sc. in 1999 from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. His research interests include Mathematical Modeling, Queuing Networks, Pedestrian Networks, Emergency Evacuation and Operations Research.
